Starting with design and by using the latest CAD Systems we can create highly complex mold Tool Designs and supply 2D detail drawings and 3D models in any format to assist in tool manufacture. We have experience from simple low volume keycap tools right through to High Volume Multi-Impression mold Tools with complex slides and hotrunner systems.

We use the latest mould flow techniques to predict and solve any potential fill problems before they occur ensuring that the moulds work first time and produce properly filled and accurate parts at an optimum cycle time, which helps to reduce costs.
